dry-type power transformer
There is no such thing as an encapsulation of a power transformer. Another possibility is "dry cast resin power transformer"
Discussion
I have now been informed by the client that the term is in fact "vacuum cast coil transformers", so I am closing the question without selecting an answer. Thanks anyway for your suggestions.
