疑问：上标（superscript）TM应当指示是注册商标，lifting businesses想来不外乎“起重业务”吧？如果是这样，加上注册商标的标识，貌似又不太合适。
求助：有没有合理的解释，或是对“lifting businesses“有没有更好的译法，比如“提升业务”之类（我表述得很糟糕：（）……

如果客户同意不翻译当然就不译了。
但是， 见了TRADE MARK 就不翻译， 是偷懒的做法。你看来必须询问公司，要求你译再译。也许人家早就有了固定的译文。

This trademark appears to have been registered only in Finland but not in the US and other EU member states.
but this term is also included in another clause which makes me feel that it should be translated: Konecranes is an industry shaping, globle group of dynamic Lifting Businesses™.
