Preparación de la disolución del indicador mixto:
Disolución madre:
Esta disolución debe prepararse a partir de azul ácido 1 y de bromuro de dimidio.
Se pesan con precisión de 1 mg, 0.5 g ± 0.005 g de bromuro de dimidio en un vaso de 50 ml, y 0.25 g ± 0.005 g de azul ácido 1 en un segundo vaso de 50 ml.
Se añaden a cada vaso de 20 ml a 30 ml de una disolución caliente de etanol al 10% (V/V).
Se agita por rotación hasta disolución completa y se trasvasan las disoluciones a un matraz aforado de 250 ml . Se lavan los vasos con la disolución de etanol y se introducen los **líquidos de lavado** en el matraz aforado. Se completa el volumen con agua y se mezcla convenientemente.
