Some ideas: I would split it into two or three sentences. Many of these phrases appear in the glossary here in Proz.

- Hoja útil = useful sheet
- Ratificar su contenido = (to) ratify the contents thereof
- Leer todo lo escrito = (to) read the document/instrument in its entirety
- En un solo acto sin interrupción alguna = in a single act without interruption

I have to translate almost the same phrase, which appears in a Notary Act from El Salvador: "Así se expresó la compareciente, a quién expliqué los efectos legales de esta Acta Notarial, que consta de una hoja útil y leída que se la hube integramente todo lo escrito en un solo acto y sin interrupción alguna, ratifica su contenido y firmamos." I understand the meaning of the entire sentence, but I am not familiar enough with law terminology in English to be able to accurately render this for an American audience. Any suggestions on how to properly translate this entire phrase?
