Předpokládám, že jde o toho vystudovaného magistra, co musí odborně zašťiťovat lékárnu, kterou koupil zbohatlý zelinář? AFAIK, Anglosasové tuhle funkci nemají a správný ekvivalent tudíž nejspíš neexistuje. Takže bych volil novotvar, doplněný vysvětlivkou. Pár možných nápadů viz výše, snad se budou hodit.

The responsible pharmacist is required to establish (if these are not already established), maintain and review pharmacy procedures designed to secure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy. The Government is seeking views on
• Allowing the responsible pharmacist to use his/her professional judgement in ensuring pharmacy procedures support safe working in the pharmacy for which s/he is responsible and the need for review or amendment of the procedures

Domnievam sa, že výrazy kolegu Jandu sú správne pre popis postavenia farmaceuta v tíme farmaceutov, farmakológov, ale pokiaľ ide o postavenie v lekárni vymedzuje ho návrh vládnej smernice (neviem, či už bola schválená, no názov funkcie zrejme ostal). Pravda, to všetko platí len v prípade, že ide naozaj o odborného garanta prevádzky lekárne!!!
