neutral  Enrique Espinosa: I would suggest at least, to check out the terms. A contact in geology it's a surface where two rock units meet. Nothing to do with boundaries

  -> I did check my terms, the Dicc. Geológico de la Asoc. Geol. Argentina includes both options for contact, and no one has ever told me I used it wrong. I'm not a geologist though, so I won't go as far as saying I can't be wrong. Thank you for the insight :)
