The next entry on that page does seem to describe black pudding though, so I shall now shut up and stop trying to complicate things!

Clearly not standard morcilla (ingredients=blood/ blood and onion / blood onion and rice, depending on area, speaking off top of my head). It LOOKS more like morcón to me, but this is a different entry... BTW, urgent need to proofread gastrofotos page...

Blood sausage

Black pudding is a little bit too specific if you ask me, as technically morcilla and black pudding aren't really the same, as they have different herbs and spices in. I would say blood sausage, or even Spanish blood sausage, which is a bit more general.

"Morcilla (blood sausage)"/ "Black Pudding"

I went to your "gastrofotos" link and clicked on the "English" icon, and then went to "Soups and Stews" and found ingredients in some of their dishes like, "Asturian Black Pudding"(pg6), "Morcilla blood sausage"(pg6), "Catalan Black Sausage"(pg3), "Morcilla Black Pudding"(pg6)....So you have quite a variety of sausages, but I think that "Morcilla (Blood Sausage)"/ "Blood Pudding" pretty well describes morcilla entraña.
