Good practices for the use of electronic means to distribute any materials require an understanding of the rather large menagerie of tools available for that purpose. Most email and resource-management software applications have various forms of receipt confirmation and or “follow-up” tools. It seems to me that this training would cover the various strategies available for employing such tools as a means of ensuring that all intended destinations and/or goals are achieved.
