Development Objective: "Conduct feedback on a recently completed project"
Example of learning activity: Work with one of your subordinates who participated in the project to study what can be learned from it. Make a detailed analysis of how the project was carried out. What caused key phases to succeed or fail? Were critical points identified sufficiently upstream? Did the team communicate and share information sufficiently? Could your observations be used by other people in the business? Determine the best way to document your observations, and share your conclusions with other project managers.

My 2 cents...
