I can't figure out is the term is referring to a list of attorneys or just the one appearing before the General Director of trademarks (in Mexico). Also, does this term mean "without distinction?"
Context:
"...y autorizando para tales efectos a los Licenciados de Derecho: [nombres de abogados] **indistintamente**, ante usted, con el debido respeto, comparezco y expongo..."

: This cannot be used if there are 3 or more named lawyers. 'either ... or' and 'one ... the other' imply there are only two contenders.
