Hi German speakers!
I need some help with these two words in a short description of a Swiss hotel:
"Einzigartiges Haus mit tollem (Stamm-)Gästemix. Phänomenale Terrasse."
That's it; there's no further context. Is it a lobby bar? What does Stamm stand for here?
Thanks in advance!

The Chesham Arms deserves its regulars| Pubs & Bars | This is London - A good mix of regulars of all ages and backgrounds call this their local and service is cheery and welcoming. We were also impressed to find a good choice ...

: is it not the terrace which is fantastic? the guests a nice mix? Okay Edith but I would not say "fabulous" guests - a bit too "Sandy and Jules" ;-)

well, John, toll can be faboulous (with an f and not a ph), and the terrace can be exceptional, or the other way round, take your pick.

Stammgast: Patron, regular guest/customer
Unique house with a great mix of patrons and other guests .
For my understanding this says that the mixture between patrons -regular guests- and new guests is about equal.

... with a great mix of guests, many of whom are regulars.
I think there's a danger with "great mix of regular guests" because in the original it is not just the "Stammgäste" who are a great mix, but all "Gäste".
