It is a group, but am not sure if the sales manager is responsible for the whole group. The client doesn't usually bother to answer questions.

Is it a corporation? (It might work to use "Group ..." with sales director or other options suggested.)

It's for a company in the window and door fittings industry. I presume each product line has its own sales manager or there are different regional managers.

Sales department head manager

you may simply say "Sales department head manager" ;you may want to omit the "gesamt" part ( or say the head manager of the entire sales department if you really have to) since it is clear that he manages the entire department if he is the head of it.

Sales & Marketing Manager or Director

In companies with no marketing department or just a little marketing assistant, the Sales Manager/Director often assumes responsibility for both functions - maybe the title here is supposed to suggest wider responsibility, i.e. not just territorial?
