A fleet or pool of cars owned by one company is a different scenario.

It is possible here that a number of directors or employess have access to a single company car. So the no-claims bonus applicable to one employee has to be adjusted upwards for the others using the car.

A group insurance is a collective insurance policy where the risk is equally spread over all the individuals part of the group and so is the insureability of every individual. That's why the accident free discount is fictitiously accounted for.

"Pooled" seems to be frequently used as a synonym for "group". See, for example,
