Cliente Diplomado não é consagrado em português. Não encontrei praticamente nenhum exemplo no Google. Se estão falando do cliente que busca informações antes de fazer uma compra, eu diria "Informed Client". Se isso é um termo novo, é necessário explicar, criar novo ou usar um termo similar.
