Spanish term

decatipo

Spanish to English Social Sciences Psychology Personality Survey
On a psychological report (PF16 Factor Personality Questionnaire) there is a chart with three columns named "Description", "Factor" and (in Spanish) "Decatipo".
How can I translate "Decatipo" into English?

Many thanks

Decatipo = standardised (score)

Neither 'decatype' nor 'DECA' are right.

Many people will remember test scores from their school days such as ‘7 out of 10’ for a primary school spelling test, or ‘63%’ for one of their secondary school exams. Such scores, known as raw scores, are readily understandable and useful in indicating what proportion of the total marks a person has gained in a test. However, these scores are less useful in enabling teachers to compare pupils’ performance meaningfully between one test and another, and to monitor progress over a period of time. This is because raw scores do not account for factors such as the difficultly of a test or performance relative to other test takers.

Why use standardised scores?

Standardised scores are more useful measures than raw scores (the number or percentage of questions answered correctly) as they enable test-takers to be compared with a large, nationally representative sample that has taken the test prior to publication. Usually, tests are standardised so that the average, nationally standardised score automatically comes out as 100, irrespective of the difficulty of the test. This means teachers can readily identify whether a test-taker is above or below the national average.

4. Standardised scores are based on the performance of a nationally representative sample of at least 1000 pupils taking a particular test at a particular time, and therefore do not change over time (unlike the raw score required to achieve a scaled score of 100 each year, which is modified by the Government).

In case anyone sees this, I need to find the translation of 'decatipo' and I'm going to use 'sten score'.

scores):

A sten score indicates an individual's approximate position (as a range of values) with respect to the population of values and, therefore, to other people in that population. The individual sten scores are defined by reference to a standard normal distribution. Unlike stanine scores, which have a midpoint of five, sten scores have no midpoint (the midpoint is the value 5.5). Like stanines, individual sten scores are demarcated by half standard deviations. Thus, a sten score of 5 includes all standard scores from -.5 to zero and is centered at -0.25 and a sten score of 4 includes all standard scores from -1.0 to -0.5 and is centered at -0.75. A sten score of 1 includes all standard scores below -2.0. Sten scores of 6-10 "mirror" scores 5-1. The table below shows the standard scores that define stens and the percent of individuals drawn from a normal distribution that would receive sten score.
