Support the Vagina Bomb Program

May offend English to Russian Tech/Engineering Other
Okay, I need help translating this for a friend who, honestly there is no explanation for this other than it was four o'clock in the morning. She is trying to make a fake USSR propaganda poster, and needs this phrase translated.

I'm sorry, I should have offered more context. In the poster, there is a woman (my friend), standing proud and the same woman is also shown on her back giving a thumbs up in hospital scrubs (because a gown would show too much) apparently giving birth. There is also a bomber plane on the top of the photo and the coat of arms for the USSR. So, pretty much a military offensive. Thanks!

Had to substitute a few letters with dots due to the obscene nature of the word used. Native speakers would understand me, I'm sure.
A complete spelling is available upon request, and if the moderators don't mind, of course.
