No. This case is about semi-finished products being included in a recipe for a finished product. If the same ingredient has been included in several semi-finished products, this effects how the stock is determined.

Imagine you have a box containing jars of spices. If the jars are placed in the box next to each other and tightly packed, then the box will contain, say, 16 jars. But if you pile the jars into the box in any old way, this way and that way, not taking care to place them precisely next to each other, then when you do a stock take and count 10 boxes, you will not actually have 160 jars of spices because you cannot rely on your calculation unless you have packed the receptacle in an orderly fashion.

Huh? Heb je zelf enig idee wat er überhaupt bedoeld wordt met deze uitspraak? Het lijkt me ofwel ontzettend jargon ofwel een vage omschrijving van iemand die het ook niet wist.
Bedoelen ze misschien dat hetzelfde ingrediënt niet via verschillende, eerder geprepareerde mengsels in het eindproduct terecht mogen komen?
