What is the Czech equivalent of snack, as in 'party snacks' (peanuts, cookies, chips, etc.)? It certainly is not 'lehké jídlo', nor 'občerstvení'.

pochutina
Well in the context of a party, I'd say something like this.
Otherwise, it can be "občerstvení" indeed....or even "svačina" depending on the context pretty much

něco na zub
but this is colloquial Czech, otherwise dobrůtky, even "zobání", in some cases svačinka

něco na chuť
Not really a translation of the term, but semantically, I think, this phrase is very close to the meaning of the English word snack. Very common in spoken Czech. Has many hits on Google too.
15 h
drobné občerstvení k vínu/pivu
as was written by the other colleagues, the correct translation depends really on the context. In the context of a small party snack for written purpose I would use the term "drobné občerstvení" or "drobné občerstvení k vinu a pivu"
Example sentence:
K vínu a pivu nabízíme drobné občerstvení v podobě slaných mandlí a jednohubek.
19 h
chuťovka
In the above context ("party snacks"), a snack is something light to eat with a distinct taste.
Example sentence:
(slané) chuťovky k pivu
Something went wrong...
