Isn't TLO used by therapists to indicate a certain position on a patients' body? (in which case it should state something like TLO 8)

I am translating a set of standard abbreviations that Dutch Fysiotherapists take for granted so they no longer elucidate on it and of which I was able to find the following:
BSG-upper jump joint
OSG-lower jump joint
CTO-cervical lumbar ?region?
