Spanish term

al folio

Spanish to English Other Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Argentinian Birth Certificate
The term comes from an Argentinian Birth Certificate. It comes from the top of the page just above it says "Birth Certficate.
Here is the context: CERTIFICO AL FOLIO (NUMBERS, LETTERS).

I can't work out if it would be "sheet" or "book". A bit later on it talks about the "Libro de Nacimiento", so would it be "sheet"?

I would like to know the answer in a British English context, please.

Many thanks.

in folio (no.)

"Folio" is also used in UK English, especially when talking about certificates, registrations, etc.
