Mariana, please, consider my answer as "frequency translation", I believe it is more correct, or at least more often used, then "translation frequency".

This "Diccionario politécnico de las lenguas española e inglesa" has the following entry:
frequency translation | conversión de frecuencia | traslación de frecuencia.
So it matches my first link. Just the word order is different and my research in internet tells me that "frequency translation" is, as said, more common.
So please, consider "frequency translation". There are many references in the internet for this expression.
