Mind, honor and conscience
In 40-some years of reading about the Soviet Union, I always heard Lenin's famous dictum this way:
"The Party is the mind, honor and conscience of our era."
It becomes humorous when inserted into other contexts, such playing poker, but I wouldn't go looking for other terms to make it supposedly fit that new context better. The problem is that English readers won't get the allusion. You could put it in quotation marks, maybe, and if suitable in the context add a footnote: "This phrase is a quotation from V.I. Lenin on the quality of the Communist Party."

Intellect, honour, and conscience
Я бы еще предложила shame вместо conscience. С точки зрения стиля и придания фразе более глубокого смысла.

И, пожалуй, вместо honour, мне больше нравится dignity!

Another area that requires honesty is determining whether or not you are a serious player. If you’re not, then you shouldn’t be spending serious money. There’s nothing wrong with poker as a hobby, just be realistic and spend accordingly.
Discipline’s first step is honesty. We have to stop lying to ourselves and that’s not always easy. For starters, be realistic and don’t kid yourself into thinking you’re a winner. Keep a small note- book with you and write down all your expenses for each day. When you cash out, log the amount and compare your totals. This is how you get an exact picture of what you’re doing in the felt jungle, and over the long run it will tell you whether you’re the predator or the prey.

59 mins
smarts, integrity and conscience
Sounds good to me, though the register may not be appropriate.
1 hr
brain, guts and scruples
My guess is these words are more fit in this context
1 hr
reason, dignity and moral sense
I think "dignity" is the very right word here to support the idea of keeping your "dostoinstvo"
4 hrs
Mind, honour and conscience
To my mind, honour fits the best 'cause it more relates to allegiance to moral principles.

: Ummmm, I don't think the difference between AE and BE spelling (honor/honour) makes this a different proposal, does it?
