In fact this whole phrase has my befuddled brain creaking:

Si la société offre à l’aliénateur de reprendre les actions pour son propre compte, pour le compte d’autres actionnaires ou pour celui de tiers, à leur valeur réelle au moment de la requête.

Can someone better versed in financial speak help shed some light?

Some thing is missing here. The phrase says 'if' blah, blah, blah..., (it needs) 'then' blah, blah, blah...

For this fragment I would put:

"If the company offers to let the transferor take back the shares for his own account, for the account of other shareholders or for a third party..."
