A sugestão de Gil Gonçalves parece-me boa. No entanto, nas "confiture extra" é frequente indicar o teor de açucar no plural (indicando o teor de açucar inerente à fruta e o que é acrescentado. O teor total de açucar é normalmente superior ao acrescentado).
