I think it's simply this- either face or body mud treatment. I don't think we specify that the mud is brushed on in the name of the treatment.

dry brushing and mud treatment
seems to be two separate operations: the dry brushing is preparatory to the mud treatment.

Or, if the context is clear that it is indeed 'fango pennellato', it is called a 'brush on mud treatment'. Harder to find good results for it but they are there if you Google the term.
