A táppénz elszámolására csak az orvosi igazolás leadása után kerül sor.
Sick benefit payments shall be processed only after submission of the doctor's certificate.

Nem tudom, US vagy UK angolra kell-e fordítani. Angliában inkább a sickness benefit használatos, USA-ban a sick pay. A javaslatomban megpróbáltam országsemleges fordítással szolgálni.

CALCULATION OF ALLOWANCES
d) The rate of allowance and the period for which it shall be paid in respect of any period of absence due to illness shall be ascertained by deducting from the period of the benefit appropriate to his/her service on the first day of his/her absence the aggregate of the periods of absence due to illness during the twelve months' immediately preceding the first day of absence. In aggregating the periods of absence no account shall be taken, however, of any unpaid absence on sick leave.
e) The following deductions shall be made from an allowance equal to full pay (no deductions to be made from half pay):-
The amount of sickness benefit receivable under Statutory Sick Pay during the first eight weeks of absence and under the National Insurance Acts and Regulations for the period thereafter.

Re. 'Könnyen értelmezhetőek' - Köszönöm, igyekeztem.. :) Bár az kicsit furcsa, hogy a fordítást "nem anyanyelvűeknek kell megérteniük"... Akkor minek angolra fordítani? :D ((Csak viccelek))
