Context-based translation Thanks to Mr Akmali for submitting such a good evidence from CoBuild. As it is obvious from the context, no ideas about Logo etc. is discussed, but a concept of updating and making the website state-of-the-art. That's why I thought we need to approach marketing terminology, and terms like "Brand-new" to find a better equivalent.

طراحی مجدد

In legal contexts, rebranding would mean تغییر نام, تغییر برند, and the like. But I think here it should be translated into طراحی مجدد. If you take a look at the full article where this term is used, you'll see the word "redesign" being used interchangeably in the following paragraphs.

در بافت متن شما هر دو مفهوم می نشیند، ولی اگر درونمایه ی متن تجاری است، شاید «بازارپسند کردن» مطلوبتر باشد.

Based on the foregoing as well as the detailed discussions made by my colleagues, Mr. Emami and Mr. Akmali, I think "تغییر نشان تجاری و ذهنیت مشتری" can be an accurate and adequate equivalent.
