Hi I would be grateful if you could give me some options on this concept.
It seems like it is talking about the "positioning" of the company in reference to its customers, that its products are focused on the general public rather than a specific sector of the market.
Context is:
"ha ampliado su rango de actuación bien utilizando diseños y funcionalidades de la marca Premium, bien optimizando sus costes mediante los mayores volúmenes que disfruta por su posicionamiento generalista."

I think that Traductorchile has exactly the right take on this, which Kevin has explained admirably in his discussion point. I offer "generalist orientation/strategy" as an option which may help to avoid the apparent ambiguity of "position" or "positioning". I think your choice will depend on your target reader: an informed reader will grasp the sense of Traductorchile´s term without any problem; a less informed reader might not.
By positioning themselves in the middle, LSPs [logistics service providers] obviously reflect a generalist orientation rather than outright specialisation. In a relatively small market like Finland, the generalist strategy may in fact be the only feasible option for logistics companies as there is limited demand for specialised
services. In addition, the desire of many LSPs to move towards the 3PL provider category often
entails a change towards the generalist orientation as the service range is widened to meet versatile
customer demands.
