напрашиваться (здесь)

Russian to English Other Education / Pedagogy
И в этом смысле могу сказать только о том, что мне ближе, конечно, университетские, исследовательские бизнес-школы, это может быть той организационной инновацией, которые напрашиваются в создаваемых федеральных университетах и в национальных исследовательских университетах.

I am inclined to go with "recommend themselves to..."

just the ... for

I think the sense could be conveyed without it sounding contorted, something like this way:

... may be just the institutional innovation for ...

... may be just the institutional innovation needed at ...

agree rns : `may be' absorbs `suggest', yes. `just' looks and feels redundant to me — `may be the institutional innovation for' would sound even more English to me./напрашиваться — возникать, появляться в сознании, приходить на ум doesn't imply the only thing, sorry.

Thanks. My idea was that "just", as in the expressions "just the thing", "just what's needed", wd convey "направшивается"./"Just" in that expression needn't mean lit-ly "the only thing"; it's more an exclamation, as, indeed, for example, about a new idea.

I.e. the universities need this kind of innovation.
