It's about buildings. Conjunt relates to "conjunt arquitectònic" (architectural ensemble). Heritage, the key word, although patrimoni, goes for històric, and makes ensemble redundant. You'll find hundreds of examples in google, search under .uk.

hola. a partir de la traducción de conjunto monumental que ofrece el oxford se me ocurre que esta expresión es sinónima. al fin y al cabo un conjunto histórico no es si no varios monumentos considerados como unidad.

conjunt historic
refers to a group of something of historical value, such as buildings, art and so on. Quite often used for the medieval or old quarters. For example 'el conjunt historic del Barri Gotic' (no accents possible on the machine I'm using temporarily today!). An exact translation is usually clumsy - more likely that the context will need to be jigged to allow the meaning through.
