It is in a list of things referring to a Septoplasty. I don't know what SA stands for or Konstrukér.

Glossary entry If you are going to put this in the glossary, it is vital that you put the 'social history' bit in as that is the most important part! It might otherwise confuse people looking up 'SA' in future.

OK - 'worked in construction' or 'design engineer' but it has no real bearing on the chap's nose :)
