English to Arabic Other Food & Drink

هناك تعبير:
beef gravy
وتعبير
beef stock

وفي كل من التعبيرين الكلمة الثانية تعني "مرقة" أي "مرقة لحم البقر"ا

ولكن هناك فرق بالإنجليزية فالأولى تعني:
Gravy is a sauce made often from the juices that run naturally from meat or vegetables during cooking.

والثانية:
Stock is a flavoured water preparation. It forms the basis of many dishes, particularly soups and sauces. Stock is made by simmering various ingredients in water, including some or all of the following

Meat, bones, Herbs and spices

السؤال هو: واجهت الكلمتان "جرافي" و"ستوك" في قائمة طعام، وقد ترجمت الاثنين إلى "مرق" أو "مرقة" ولكن أريد ان أعرف هل هناك تنويع على الكلمة في العربية كما في الإنجليزية؟
