Expressions from a 'Stammtisch' environment are hard to translate. Here is my version :-)

beer-ish/beerish serious to beer-ish good/delicious
after searching the web I found beer-ish serious - some spell it beerish. It is also used as beer-ishly or beerish taste etc.
In addition, I found beer-ish/beerish here:

To Helen: How do you know what meaning is conveyed? There is not enough context- right?!

: See Kim's comments above - I don't think anyone can provide an answer until more context is given. The topic of the talk may have a huge influence on what loss is acceptable in the translation process.

Thanks but see my comment above -- I said exactly the same!

: Whatever turns out to be the context, an EN speaker is not going to make much sense of 'beerish' unfortunately, even if replaced by 'beerishly'.//From the examples you give, the meaning is quite different from the meaning to be conveyed here.

Thanks for your comment. However, why don't you visit the websites and see how often it is used on beer-sites ... and not German sites

Discussion

More context is definitely needed.
