This abbreviation appears in the middle of a history and physical examination report, for a patient hospitalized for chest pain and atrial flutter, who later had angioplasty and a stent implanted.

The list reads:

*SAPS*: 33

The only meaning of SAPS I find in the tremedica glossary is " Servicio de Atención y Prevención Sociosanitaria" ... but I don't see how this would relate here. (The report is from Spain ... Palma de Mallorca to be exact.)

Any other ideas for what SAPS stands for, and how to say it in English?
