I came across this strange term in one of my translation assignments, but I don't seem to be able to decypher what it means. I am also looking for the correct Hungarian term for this.
The sentence goes as follows:
"In all clearance activities, special technical and environmental standards (for example under qualified marine mammal observers' supervision prior to any clearance operations, fish scaring chargers and other equipment are used to displace fish and marine mammals) are implemented in close cooperation with the competent national authorities."

I am not saying that the text is precise and detailed, but we can safely assume that they are NOT going to blow up charges, unless they specifically state that in the text.
- Maradjunk annál, hogy nem robbantanak, hacsak ez a szövegben kifejezetten le van írva.
Az idézett mondatban felszerelésről - equipment - van szó, nem fogyóeszközről, mint a töltetek.

Leírtam a 2 valós, használt, környezetbarát riasztóeszközt. A "felrobbantani való töltet"tel nem tudnék mit kezdeni./Kanadai bányaiparban.Azt is mondja:"Blasting activities are not to be carried out in the marine environment within 500m of marine mammals!
