For some reason it keeps pasting the same link. Check the link for ביטוח נכות or disability insurance to see the difference.

I think you should post it as an answer. However, I think you are wrong since in Israel, disability insurance is ביטוח נכות and is different from אכ"ע. See this link I just added to my answer.
