English to Japanese Tech/Engineering Computers (general)

This tab displays additional search filters to assist in refining your search. You can enter details to reduce the number of matching reports displayed in the report tree.

The Refine tab is only available when you have a single patient in the Report Tree.

Each search filter can be collapsed/expanded as required. By default, the encounter field is the only filter expanded.

The filter options include:

Encounter Find reports for a specific encounter
Observation dates Find reports for a specific date or date range
Enquiry profile Find reports that include results for a predefined profile
Observation code/text Find reports that include a specific observation
Medicine code/text Find reports that include a specific medicine
