"[...]You have to plan for a sales campaign coming up later in the week. Two new employees have to be put through XXX learning modules. On top of that, you have to do sales reads and prepare a report for your manager on your zone’s performance, and the Corporate office is asking you for an inventory count."

Je bute sur la traduction de "sales reads". J'ai l'impression qu'il s'agit de passer les ventes en revue avant de préparer le rapport de performance, mais sans certitude...
