  -> hard to find anything stronger than "gicler" in terms of blood, according to me ... // gicler, reduce pipe diameter (nose) => increase pressure. :-)

J'essaierai de rendre l'idée sans traduire l'idée de 'arc', mais en utilisant le mot 'jet'. L'utilisation du mot 'jet', me semble rendre l'idée du mouvement et de l'arc, mais sans avoir à utiliser le mot lui-même. L'adjectif puissant quant à lui rendant l'idée de 'shooting'.

C'est un peu poussé et à voir par rapport au contexte mais on garde le sens de "squirt" et l'image de l'arme ("arc","shooting") grace à "salve",
