Medical (general)

arrows? - sagittal plumbline evaluation
This association International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment" (SOSORT) appears to be dominated by non native English speakers, so I wouldn't trust the "arrows" bit too much. They do however claim "consensus" for their terminology.

Arrows (evaluation)
The difference of distance from the plumbline measured at C7, D12, L3 and S1 with respect to the apex of the thoracic kyphosis.
Sagittal Plumbline (evaluation)
Measure of the arrows for the sagittal plane: the difference of distance from the plumbline measured at C7, D12, L3 and S1 with respect to the apex of the thoracic kyphosis.
A line usually drawn from C7 from which a weight is suspended to determine verticality in the sagittal plane.
Having said that, I can't find anything written by NES that uses the term (even the examination seems relatively unknown.)
