Bonjour à tous,

toujours dans les mentions légales de "mon" site internet, je trouve l'expression susmentionnée dans la phrase : "In particular, XXX is indemnified from and against all costs, proceedings, claims, expenses and liabilities whatsoever arising from any breach by any legal or natural person as a result of any representation or warranty providing to be a misrepresentation"
S'agit-il bien de "représentation et garantie" ? Le droit n'est pas mon fort et je ne sais pas comment tourner la fin de cette phrase. Toute proposition serait la bienvenue...

Kudoz Rules 2.1 (Guideline): "Help" KudoZ should be used for requesting terms help only after other resources have been exhausted. Resources available include the KudoZ archives (KudoZ > ProZ.com Term Search from the main menu), dictionaries, search engines, etc. If translations are found elsewhere and the decision to post a KudoZ question is made nevertheless, information found elsewhere should be included, along with an explanation of what further information is sought.

If you have already rejected the previous suggestions (some at least of which do seem to me to be applicable), then it might be helpful to say what you have rejected and why, so that we don't waste time "re-inventing the wheel"

"reprensentation or wararnty" est souvent traduit simplement par "garantie" - littéralement "déclaration ou garantie"
