Spanish term

Minulario

Spanish to English Other Environment & Ecology
Dear Colleagues:

I am translating a series of documents from environmental agencies of the Mexican government to US English. In the footer of the document where the carbon copied parties are listed, after "Archivo Gneneral" the word "Minulario" appears. What is the best way to render this in US English?

Many thanks in advance!

Douglas

minutario (notarial book)

Could this be a typo? Here's the Larousse Spanish definition for 'minutario'

minutario
sustantivo masculino DERECHO Cuaderno en que los notarios o escribanos guardaban las minutas o borradores de las escrituras que redactaban.

Thanks Adsion :)
agree Claudia Reynaud : There are about 85 google hits for "minulario", mostly documents from the Mexican government, and they all seem to be OCRed documents, so this seems to be the best option.
