This is part of a CV of a doctor. This course was carried out after their first degree in Psychology. It may be a similar level to a Masters but I just don´t know how to translate it into English. This question has been asked before but not graded as no suitable answer was found.

It's a dregree awarded after bachelor studies, however, it's not really a Master degree (and doesn't allow you to enroll in a ph.D.). Most of them are very specific and exclusive of a particular university.
I used to be told that graduate appplies in the US, and postgraduate in the UK, but maybe times are changing...

: It has been translated word by word (in the links), I'm not sure it makes sense in a UK context. It's a degree, university specialist can also mean someone working at university. My comment was upon removed link.
