I am translating the IFRS-related internal standards of an electronic equipment manufacturer. There is quite a lot of shipping terminology (which I have been mostly able to find online) but not this one...My best guess is "inspection certificate," but when I check online I found this definition:
Inspection certificate: A document certifying that merchandise was in good condition, or in accordance with certain specifications immediately PRIOR TO shipment.
However the above sentence implies that this particular document is obtained from the customer (after the goods have been received), so "inspection certificate" wouldn't fit.

After mercandise is delivered to a dock or warehouse, they inspect that everything is in good order (no damaged pieces and quantity matching exactly to what was ordered, etc.) AFTER and not PRIOR to shipment. And this is when this 検収通知書 is filled out, dated and signed. An abbreviated form of 検査・収納 is 検収.
