English to French Bus/Financial Insurance

If you occupy a building belonging to a third party (other than AGCO) and you are responsible under the terms of the lease agreement for insuring the rent payable to the landlord;

OR

you lease an AGCO building to a third party and are responsible for insuring the rent receivable from the tenant;

OR

you give a rent cessor (ie you agree to waive the rent in the event of damage)
