: Os exemplos dados estão fora de contexto. O primeiro é sobre uma pilha, o segundo sobre um despertador e o terceiro é um blog escrito provavelmente por alguém que não conhece a linguagem técnica. O contexto orginal é bem claro, refere-se aos bombeiros.
