Mir ist nicht deutlich, ob es sich um dasselbe Material handelt. Hat jemand eine Idee? Im Text kommt auch noch Holzwerkstoff vor. Danke schön.

Horst Huber (X) May 10, 2011: In the bad old days, things (furniture) were made of something called "Holzfaserplatte", I think around here they call it fiber board, and I have seen it referred to more often lately.

Natürlich fehlt ohne konkreten Kontext ein wenig der direkte Bezug ...
