In this context, what is 'local'. It's a report on safety and environmental practices, a report on monthly mold detection and decontamination in facilities. When they refer to 'local' is it premises, location, facilities?

The actual quotation in French gives the word 'locaux'. The standard translation for 'locaux', as found in a variety of dictionaries, is 'premises', and it would seem an appropriate translation here.

| I hadn't done this specific type of document, so i thought that saying "at room level" sounds better. But when the number is involved it's "Premises 297"? If that's the form, then fine...it appears multiple times so I have to be consistent of course. |

: Yes, and sometimes 'space' or 'area' works OK too, but it's one of those ambiguous words where you really need more context to get exactly the right term.
