Tax return 是税务报表， tax claim可以指在税务报表里所申报的需交税（tax payable）或者税务退款（tax refundable）以及其申报的其他相关信息。tax return和tax claim在一些对话中可以指同一个东西，但我觉得tax claim在一些其他情景中可以带有主观色彩，是从纳税人的角度出发的。因为tax claim一般是纳税人自己申报的，所以所申报的信息也有可能是错误的。而tax return就是税务报表，没有任何其他感情色彩。
