it's quite late, so I should probably leave this for the night...I just can't put this bit in a nice and simple manner - it's a sentence from the section "Durata del contratto":
"La stipulazione del presente Contratto si considererà avvenuta a partire dalla data di apposizione dell’ultima delle firme delle Parti."
I know it's quite long, but I just couldn't think of a way to shorten the query. there aren't really loads of signatures in this contract, just the standard 2, so I suppose they mean, when the second Party has signed it.
